緒言
腎膿瘍または感染性腎嚢胞と診断し，手術したところ，腎腫瘍であつた症例を経験したので，反省をかねて報告する。
A 27-year-old female was seen with the complaints of a high fever, shaking chills and left abdominal pain.
Laboratory findings revealed normal urinalysis, leucocytosis, increased sedimentation rate and a ++ +test for CRP. Excretory urography demonstrated a round space-occupying lesion at the lower pole of left kidney.
