緒言
睾丸旁体より発生したと思われる左陰嚢内多発性嚢腫の1例を経験したので，陰嚢内嚢腫の鑑別について文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of left intrascrotal polycystoma in a 33 year-old male, which was suspected to have originated from the paradidymis, was reported. Polycystoma was located on the outside of the vaginalis propria testis along the spermatic cord without being continous with the testis, epididymis, or the vaginalis propria testis. The resected sample weighed 13.4g, and there were 44 cystomas, with the largest being 15 mm in diameter. Judging from its anatomical location, his cystoma was diagnosed as having arisen from the paradidymis.
