  • Look Inside

Laparoscopic varicocelectomy was performed on 22 patients, aged 12 to 41 years. Sixteen patients complained of primary inferitility, 3 of scrotal pain and 3 of scrotal mass. Ten patients had a unilateral left varicocele and 12 had bilateral varicocele. General anesthesia was used for all patients. All patients had no medical history of abdominal surgery. The testicular artery was preserved in 2 patients, and was cut with testicular vein in 20 patients by Endoclip. Time required for operation ranged from 28 to 120 minutes with an average of 68 minutes.
