緒言
われわれは左陰嚢内に旁中腎管由来と思われた孤立性の嚢腫を1例経験したので報告する。
A case of an intrascrotal cyst in a 26-year-old male was reported. The cyst was completely isolated from testis, epididymis and other intrascrotal organs. The cyst wall was composed of ciliated columnar cells surrounded by a layer of smooth muscle. From these histological findings the cyst was presumed to be of paramesonephritic duct remnant origin. The derivation of intrascrotal vestigal embryonic structures was discussed.
