緒言
Vesico psoas hitch procedureは尿管下端が種種な原因により尿管膀胱新吻合術をするには短すぎる時に，従来行なわれていたBoari flap，空置回腸による尿管形成術にかわつて最近利用されてきた術式である。われわれは過去尿管腟瘻3例，尿管下端狭窄1例，尿管腫瘍1例に適用したので報告する。
Five patients have undergone ureterovesiconeostomy with vesico-psoas hitch procedure, 3 patients for ureterovaginal fistula, 1 for stricture of the lower ureter and 1 for benign tumor of the lower ureter.
Postoperative results were satisfactory in all cases, with neither ureteral reflux nor residual urine in the badder.
