腎細胞癌のリンパ節郭清術後に乳糜腹水を生じた1例

A CASE OF RENAL CELL CARCINOMA WITH POSTLYMPH-ADENECTOMIC CHYLOUS ASCITES

緒言

　われわれは，腎細胞癌に対して根治的腎摘除術とともに腹部大動静脈周囲リンパ節郭清術を施行しているが，今回，リンパ節郭清術後，ドレーンより大量のリンパ液の排液，乳糜腹水のみられた症例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 59 year-old man who had visited a physician with the chief complaint of general lassitude and was found to have microscopic hematuria. He was refered to our hospital because of suspected right renal cell carcinoma. On the basis of various findings, the diagnosis of right renal tumor was made and a right transabdominal nephrectomy was performed followed by radical paraaortic lymph-adenectomy. The course of recovery was uneventful until the 5th postoperative day, and the discharge through the drainage tube stopped.
