副睾丸に認められた線維性偽腫瘍（fibrouspseudotumor）の1例

A CASE OF FIBROUS PSEUDOTUMOR OF THE EPIDIDYMIS

　Pseudotumorが肺，縦隔，胸膜，あるいは眼窩に発生することは一般に知られている。一方，副睾丸および睾丸附属器に腫瘍あるいは腫瘤を形成する疾患の中で，adenomatoid tumorについでfibrous pseudotumorが多いとされている^1）。しかし臨床上，副睾丸のfibrous pseudotumorに遭遇することは，はなはだ稀であり，術前の鑑別診断は困難である。われわれは最近，副睾丸に発生したfibrous pseudotumorの1例を経験したので報告する。

Although fibrous pseudotumors are not strictly neoplasms, they form nodules in many parts of the body and are often suspected of being neoplasms.

Pseudotumor of the lung, mediastium and orbita are not infrequent, however, fibrous pseudotumor of the epididymis and testicular adnexa is very rare. Etiology of localized lesions, which microscopicallydisclose organizing granulation tissue, has not been clearly explained.

In this paper, a case report of fibrous pseudotumor of the epididymis occurred in a 54-year-old male having no history of prior epididymitis or of trauma is presented.
