緒言

　Computed tomography（CT）は腎疾患の診断に広く用いられるようになり，とくに腎細胞癌をはじめとする腎実質腫瘍の診断には，その高い有用性が認められている。一方，腎盂腫瘍のCTによる所見，診断的意義についての評価は少なく，まとまつた報告はみられていない。

　今回われわれは，最近の2年間に経験した腎盂腫瘍7例について，CTによる検討を行なつたので，その所見および診断的価値について報告する。

Computed tomography (CT) was performed in 7 cases of renal pelvic tumor at Jikei University Hospital during the 2 years period of 1979 and 1980. All of these 7 cases underwent operation and histologically transitional cell carcinoma was demonstrated in 6 cases and squamous cell carcinoma in the remaining one case.

CT scanning was made with Somatom, with scanning time of 4.5 or 5 sec, the matrix of 256×256, and section thickness of 7 or 8mm. As a rule, the scanning covered the region from the ensiform process to the iliac crest at intervals of 1cm. It was carried out before and after the injecion of contrast medium.
