非セミノーマ性睾丸腫瘍の最近の治療成績

RECENT RESULTS OF TREATMENT FOR NON-SEMINOMATOUS TESTICULAR CANCER

　1977年7月から1985年4月までに，慈恵医大で経験した40例の成人非セミノーマ性睾丸腫瘍の治療成績について報告した。年齢は18歳から46歳で平均30歳，組織分類は，絨毛癌を含むものが11例で，複合組織型が28例であつた。病期分類は，Stage I 14例，Stage　Ⅱ　A6例，StageⅡ　B 5例，StageⅢ15例であつた。治療方針は，Stage Iでは除睾術後に化学療法（PVB療法）を施行，Stage　Ⅱ，Ⅲでは化学療法後，残存腫瘍が疑われる場合に，後腹膜リンパ節郭清を含む腫瘍摘除術を施行するものであつた。病期別5年実測生存率は，Stage I 93％，StageⅡ59％，StageⅢ29％であつた。

Forty cases of adult non-seminomatous testicular cancer were treated at the Department of Urology,The Jikei University School of Medicine between July,1977 and Apri1,1985.Patients'age ranged form18 to 46 years. The histological types of primary lesions were diagnosed as containing choriocarcinomaelement in 11 patients and mixed types in28 patients.Clinical stages were classified as Stage I and14 patients,Stage IIA in 6 patient,Stage IIB in 5 patients and StageIII in 15 patiens. Chemotherapy(PVB therapy) was performed for Stage I patients after orchiectomy.
