陰茎前位陰嚢—症例報告と発生学的考察

PREPENILE SCROTUM:A CASE REPORT AND ITS ETIOLOGICAL CONSIDERATION

はじめに

　陰茎前位陰嚢prepenile scrotumはtransposi-tion of the penis and scrotum, transposition of theexternal genitalia, scrotopenile（penoscrotal）trans-position, scrotopenile inversionなどとも呼ばれ，陰嚢との位置関係において陰茎が肛門側に変位して存在する稀な男子外陰部奇形である。1980年3月現在著者が入手し得た内外文献ないし文献情報から，これまでに報告された本奇形は金重らのものが最も新しく^1），全体で外国例26例，本邦例9例になると思われる。今回著者もその1例を経験したので簡単に報告するとともに，合併奇形の発現頻度について集計した。その結果を本奇形の発生機序に関する諸説に照らして私見を述べる。

Herein was presented a 22-year-old man in whom transposition of penis and scrotum was associated with the ventral culvature of penis due to chordee without hypospadia and the sex linked ichtyosis vulga-ris. Surgical intervention by small modification of Campbell's technique for scrotopenile transposition and two-staged operation for penile curvature by modified Crawford's procedure was performed.

36 cases of this anomaly reported in foreign and Japanese litherature have been reviewed.
