陰茎前位陰嚢症例

A CASE OF TRANSPOSITION OF THE PENIS AND SCROTUM

Ⅰ．緒言

　われわれは本邦文献上1966年に永田等により報告された1例以外に報告をみない2才日本人男子にみられた陰嚢が陰茎の前方に位置している外性器奇形を経験した。

　人間の外性器の形態として通常陰嚢は陰茎の後方（会陰側）に位置するものであるが，陰嚢が陰茎の前方に位置することは性交姿勢からみても不合理でかかる性器奇形は稀有なるものである。本症の診断名として日本語では井上は陰茎前位陰嚢なる用語を記載しているが外国文献上からみた同意語にはTransposition of the penis and scro-tum, Scrotopenile transpositionまたはPenis-scrotal transpositionなどがある。

We have experienced a case of scroto-penile inversion, a condition of the scrotum displaced ante-rior to the penis in a 2 years old Japanese boy, a very rare anomaly of the external genital organ which is the 2nd case in the Japanese literature.

It seems that most of the cases are complicated with other anomalies but no other anomalies could be found in our case.

Plastic surgery was performed with satisfactory results and some discussions were done by reviewing the literature.
