緒言

　われわれは47歳男性と80歳男性のcystitis glan-dularisを経験した。2例とも三角部を中心にポリープ状腫瘤が多発していた。1例は経尿道的切除後ほぼ1年を経過した現在，三角部に軽い浮腫状隆起を数ヵ所認めているので経過観察を厳重に行なう必要がある。1例は前立腺癌に合併したものである。本邦ではあまり報告されていない^1〜6）ので若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

Two cases of Cystitis glandularis seen in 47-year-old male and 80-year-old male were reported. Seve-ral polypoid tumors were noted at trigonum and transurethral resection of the tumors was performed in both cases. In a 47-year-old male, after one year from transurethral resection, there were a few slightly edematous elevations at trigonum. Prostatic adenocarcinoma was also seen in 80-year-old male. Several reports which described that cystitis glandularis was precancerous are important, so that cystoscopic and microscopic follow ups are recommended.
