Inverted Papillomaの1例

A CASE REPORT OF INVERTED PAPILLOMA

緒言

　膀胱のinverted papillomaはPottsら^1）が第1例を報告して以来現在まで50例近くの報告があり，うち本邦例はわれわれの集計し得た範囲では11例認められる^2〜7）。

　肉眼的には主に膀胱頸部および三角部に発生する，有茎性のほぼ平滑なポリープ様腫瘍である。組織学的には一般の乳頭状腫瘍と異なり，表面は正常の移行上皮で覆われており，内部に向つて乳頭状ないし樹枝状に上皮索が増殖し，その周囲を血管に富む結合織がとりまいている（invertedconfiguration）。

An inverted papilloma of the urinary bladder seen in a 37-year-old male was reported. A 1.5 x 0.7 x 0.7cm polypoid tumor with peduncle was noted at the 6 o'clock position in the bladder neck. Its surface was almost smooth and congestive. After transurethral resection, there has been no recurrence during 5 months.

Twelve cases reported in Japan were discussed from the point of clinical features.
