緒言
後腹膜嚢腫は，本邦では約150例報告されており，このうち漿液性嚢腫はわれわれがさがし得た範囲では21例と非常にまれである1〜21）。
われわれも右700ml，左5,300mlの2房性の巨大な後腹膜漿液性嚢腫を経験したので，ここに報告するとともに，本邦例について若干の検討を行なつた。
Retroperitoneal serous cyst seen in a 37-year old female was reported.
The cyst was bilocular and filled with serous fluid of 700 ml in the right and 5,300 ml in the left side of vertebra.
