同一睾丸内に共存したセミノーマと良性奇形腫の1例

CO-EXISTENT SEMINOMA AND BENIGN TERATOMA OF THE TESTIS: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　セミノーマと良性奇形腫との同一睾丸内共存例は，われわれの調べたこれまでの報告では，Ewing^1）の1例，Roussy^2）の1例，Willis^3）の1例，Pugh and Thackray^4）の4例，計7例，それに本邦での最初の報告例と思われるわれわれの1例を含めてわずか8例にすぎない。このような極めて稀な睾丸腫瘍を最近経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

1) A case of co-existence of seminoma and benign teratoma in left testicle which occurred in a 24 year old male who had sustained a trauma on the left scrotal region, 118 days ago, was reported.

The tumour, which, sized 8.5 by 5.0 by 6.0 cm, 140 gm in weight, greyish white, with smooth surface, elastic hard and soft partly in consistency with several cysts and hemorrhage, diagnosed as seminoma plus teratoma differentiated in the combined tumour, was extirpated at the level of left internal inguinal ring, without any purification of lymphnodes, because no metastasis were noticed in the lymphnodes on various examinations and operation.
