ガラス片による膀胱刺杭創の1例

STAB WOUND OF URINARY BLADDER: REPORT OF A CASE AND REVIEW OF THE JAPANESE LITERATURE

緒言

　開放性膀胱損傷である膀胱刺杭創は，杭様物体が体内に刺入し膀胱を刺傷することにより生ずるが，頻度は稀なものである。

　最近著者は68歳男性のガラス片による膀胱刺杭創を1例経験したので，現在までに報告されている症例をまとめて若干の考察を加えたい。

A case of stab wound of urinary bladder in a 68-year old man was reported, who was stabed in the right hip region by pieces of broken glass of a door. He had received a first aid by a doctor im-mediately after trauma, but next day visited a surgeon with a complaint of hematuria.

He was sent to our hospital for further evaluation and treatment and admitted on 15 October, 1977.

Digital examination revealed no injury of rectum, but urethrocystogram showed the extravasation of contrast medium from a right wall of urinary bladder.
