LH-RHアナログによる前立腺癌の治療およびその評価

TREATMENT AND EVALUATION OF PROSTATIC CANCER WITH LH-RH ANALOGUES

　17例の，前立腺癌未治療例に，LH-RHアナログ製剤による治療を行つた。全例腺癌であり，腫瘍の分化度は高分化2例，中分化11例，低分化4例，StageはB1例，C 7例，D₂9例であつた。内分泌学的所見では，血清LH, FSH，テストステロンとも，一時的に上昇するものの，投与2〜3週にて低下し，テストステロンに関しては，十分去勢レベルになつた。治療効果判定に用いた対象病変は，原発巣，骨転移巣，軟部組織転移巣および血清PAP値であり，これら個別の治療効果を基に総合効果の判定を行つた。その結果は，完全寛解（CR）1例，部分寛解（PR）9例，病勢安定（Stable）4例，増悪（PD）3例であつた。

Seventeen cases of untreated prostatic cancer were treated with LH-RH Analogues. Pathologically, all cases were adenocarcinoma, and their histological differentiations were as follows; well differentiated-2 cases, moderately differentiated-11 cases, poorly differentiated-4 cases. One case was Stage B, 7 cases were Stage C, and 9 cases were Stage D₂, respectively. Endocrine studies were done concerning serum concentrations of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicule stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone.
