膀胱inverted papillomaの1例—電顕的検討を中心に

A CASE REPORT OF INVERTED PAPILLOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS

緒言

　膀胱のinverted papillomaは1963年のPottsら^1）の報告以来，現在までに100例をこえる報告例がみられる。本症は一般の乳頭状腫瘍とは異なる組織学的特徴をもつが，はたして新生物であるのか，炎症性産物であるのかについては未だ定説がない。

　今回われわれは，ほぼ典型的と思われる1例を経験し，電子顕微鏡的観察を行う機会を得たので報告する。

Thirty-five year old male appeared to our hospital complaining dysuria and gross total hematuria. Cystoscopical examination revealed a small finger-tip-size polypoid tumor with smooth surface at the 6 o'clock position of the bladder neck. The tumor was resected transurethrally. Histological examina-tions was performed. Light microscopic findings were that the tumor was covered with almost normal transitional epithelium, while inner areas showed the inverted configuration of the epithelial cords.
