うつ血乳頭を主徴としたSympathicoblastomaの1剖検例

An Autopsy Case of Sympathicoblastoma with Choked Disc

I．緒言

　交感神経芽細胞腫は，主として乳幼児，小児の副腎髄質より発生する悪性腫瘍で，早期に肝臓，骨系統，リンパ腺などに転移する予後のきわめて不良な疾患である。また眼科医にとつては，時として主病巣の診断以前に眼球突出，うつ血乳頭などの症状を主訴として訪れることもあり，疾患の悪性度からいつても，見逃すことのできない疾患であろう。

　Wessely^1）は幼児が眼球突出をきたし，その原因として，腫瘍が考えられる場合には，本腫瘍をも念頭に置くべきであると強調しているが，本邦眼科領域における報告例は，昭和11年石川^2）を初めとして，11例を数えるにすぎない。

An autopsy case of sympathicoblastoma was reported ; The patient is 6 year and 9 month old female, who developed exophthalmus, dis-turbance of ocular motility, subcutaneous hae-morrhage at the eyelid, and choked disc, caused by the metastasis of tumor to the orbit. An autopsy revealed the existence of metastasis in cranium, ovarium, T₅, T₁₀ vertebrae, and lymph nodes at the tracheal bifurcation.

A statistical study was made on sympathi-coblastoma of young children.

Out of 12,188 autopsied cases of young child-ren below 14 years old in Japan between 1959 and 1963, 96 cases ( 0.78%) was sympathico-blastoma.
