緒言
停留睾丸の合併症として，精索捻転症は稀ではないといわれている。しかし，実際の報告例は比較的少ない。
われわれは最近，停留睾丸に発症した精索捻転症の1例を経験したので報告する。
Y.Y., a 4-year old male was admitted to the hospital with chief complaint of pain and swelling of the left inguinal testicle which had occured 3 days before.
A left orchidectomy was performed. At the external ring the testicle was strongly fixed as if it was incarcerated into the external ring.
