閉鎖神経鞘に発生した後腹膜腔神経鞘腫の1例

A CASE REPORT OF RETROPERITONEAL NEURILEMMOMA: ARISING IN THE OBTURATOR NERVE SHEATH

緒言

　われわれは閉鎖神経鞘より発生した良性神経鞘腫の1例を経験した。本邦では現在までに41例の後腹膜腔内神経鞘腫が報告されているが，われわれが調べ得た限りでは，閉鎖神経鞘より発生した例はみあたらない。ここに若干の考察を加えて自験例を報告する。

A 65 year old male with the chief complaint of pain at the right gluteal to the knie. showed a palpable mass of a tenis ball size at the right posterior region of a normal prostate by rectal examination, with a electric shock-like pain radiating from the right gluteal to right knie by palpation. No abnor-mality was noticed by IVP but calcification at the right side of the pelvis and left deviation of the bladder were found. The tumor was removed through a midline incision of the lower abdomen. The tumor was covered with a fibrous capsule and rather easily separated but was firmly adhiesed to obturator foramen.
