副睾丸部平滑筋腫の2例

TWO CASES OF LEIOMYOMA OF THE EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　副睾丸腫瘍は，良性および悪性ともに比較的まれな疾患である。最近，われわれは副睾丸部に原発性の平滑筋腫2例を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of leiomyoma of the epididymis originating at the tail was reported. Case 1 was 48 year old and case 2 was 38, each made their first visit with the chief complaint of painless mass in the left scrotum of 7 years' and 2 months' duration.

The mass was removed. They were of soybean-size, round, hard and diagnosed as leiomyoma by histopathological examination, postoperatively. No history of inflammation or trauma, no findings of inflammation by histopathological examination may support the application of genuine tumor theory as the pathogenesis.
