　症例は1歳，男児。生後2か月時，右停留精巣で紹介受診。外来経過観察中，右鼠径部腫瘤の増大に気付き来院した。超音波，MRIにて右鼠径部に内部やや不整な腫瘤を認めた。右停留精巣に合併した精索捻転症または精巣腫瘍の術前診断で手術を施行した。術中所見では，右精索は時計回転方向に270度捻転しており，右精索捻転症と診断。捻転を修復したが血流が得られないため，右高位精巣摘除術を施行した。

A case of torsion of undescended testis in a 1 year old boy was reported. He had been under our observation with diagnosis of right undescended testis since 2 month old. Her mother noticed a growing right inguinal mass and ultrasonography and MRI showed an irregular mass in his right inguinal canal. Under the diagnosis of torsion or tumor of undescended testies, operation was performed. Intraop-erative findings revealed a 270-degree clockwise intrav-aginal rotation of the right spermatic cord. High orchidec-tomy was performed because of marked necrosis of the undescended testis.
