緒言

　Renal cell carcinomaは腎腫瘍中最も多く，国内国外において多数の報告例がある。しかし，Renal cell carcinomaに結石の合併することは少なく，本邦においては23例の報告例があるにすぎない。最近われわれは腎盂尿管移行部に陥入した結石により生じた巨大水腎症を合併したRenalcell carcinomaの症例を経験したので報告する。

The majority of renal tumor is renal cell carcinoma and many cases has been reported but are carely complicated with stone and only 23 cases are reported in Japan.

A case of renal cell carcinoma in giant hydronephrosis secondary to a stone at the ureteropelvic junction was reported. The case is a 66 year old male with the chief complaint of right flank mass and pain with gross hematuria. who visited the internal clinic and was referred to our clinic for suspected renal tumor. Various examinationa fter admission on March 22, 1975, showed that urinalysis being hematopyuria but cytology was negative.
