はじめに
極めて稀な疾患とされている尿管自然破裂を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A-70-year-old houswife complained right flank pain and nausea. There were rigidity on the entire right side of the abdomen and marked tenderness at the right abdomen. Leucocytosis of 13,400 was found, therefore acute appendicitis was suspected. IVP was performed because of hematopyuria, which showed the extravasation of contrast medium around the right ureter and RP disclosed the extravasa-tion at the right ureter about 8cm below the uretero-pelvic junction.
Operation was done under the diagnosis of the right ureteral rupture. Rupture was found at two sites of the ureter, without stone or tumor.
