腟転移を来した腎細胞癌の1例

A CASE OF RENAL CELL CARCINOMA METASTASIZING TO THE VAGINA

緒言

　腎腫瘍が発熱や多血症もしくは高Ca血症といつた非特異的な症候を契機にして発見されたり，また無症候に経過していたものが転移を来し，そのために発見されたりすることは珍しいことではない。しかしながら，一般に腎腫瘍の転移は肺，肝，腎やリンパ節に起こることが多く，腟や外陰部へ転移することは極めて稀とされている。

　著者らは，最近，腟壁に発生した腫瘤の生検により腎腫瘍の転移と診断され，精査の結果，右腎腫瘍が発見された症例を経験したので，ここにその詳細を報告する。

It is not uncommon that renal tumor is found from non-specific symptoms such as fever ofunknown origin or hypercalcemia and from the histopathological findings of its metastatic site. Howeverrenal tumor metastasize preferably to the lung, bone, liver and lymphnode but rarely to the vagina.Recently, we have experienced a cage of renal cell carcinoma metastasizing to the vagina in a 50-year-oldwoman who visited a gynecologist for genital-bleeding, was pointed out to have a finger tip sized tumorat the vaginal introitus. Its constituting cells by biopsy resembled the hypernephroma cells and preciseexamination showed right renal tumor.
