It is not uncommon that renal tumor is found from non-specific symptoms such as fever ofunknown origin or hypercalcemia and from the histopathological findings of its metastatic site. Howeverrenal tumor metastasize preferably to the lung, bone, liver and lymphnode but rarely to the vagina.Recently, we have experienced a cage of renal cell carcinoma metastasizing to the vagina in a 50-year-oldwoman who visited a gynecologist for genital-bleeding, was pointed out to have a finger tip sized tumorat the vaginal introitus. Its constituting cells by biopsy resembled the hypernephroma cells and preciseexamination showed right renal tumor.
