巨大腎細胞癌の2例

TWO CASES OF GIANT RENAL CELL CARCINOMA

はじめに

　腎細胞癌の報告は多数あるが，摘出腎重量が2,000gを越えるものは非常に稀である。われわれは最近2,800gと2,300gの巨大腎腫瘍症例を経験したので報告する。

Two cases of giant renal carcinoma were reported. Case 1 was a 67-year old house wife. Laboratory data were all within normal limits. Retrograde Pyelography revealed a large left renal tumor with calcification and multiple filling defects. Aortogram showed a pooling pattern especially at the calicified area. Resected kidney weighed 2800 g. Pathologic diagnosis was clear cell carcinoma.

Case 2 was a 55-year old male farmer. In laboratory findings, accelerated ESR, anemia, elevation of serum α₂-globulin and hypercalcemia were noted. DIP and right selective renal angiogram revealed right renal cancer. Resected kidney weighed 2500 g.
