幼児尿道横紋筋肉腫の1例

URETHRAL RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF A INFANT: A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　尿道肉腫は，本邦では中野，荒井の悪性黒肉腫の報告以来7例^1〜6），諸外国にあつてもCampbell＆Harrison^7）によると43例と少なく，とくに横紋筋肉腫については，わずかにBatakis^8）とPainter^9）らの報告が見られる程度である。今回われわれは，幼児横紋筋肉腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of urethral rhabdomyosarcoma in an infant was reported. Removal of the tumor and urethroplasty followed by chemotherapy with Vincristin (total 2. 5mg) and cyclophosphamide (total 1050 mg) were done. The tumor cells were mostly spindle shaped or round, irregulary arranged with eosinophilic granula and striate was also noticed. This lead to the diagnosis of embryonal type rhabdo-myosarcoma. Total exstirpation of the external genital organ was once the treatment of choice for malignant tumor of the male urethra but the progress in antitumor agent and radiation treatment lead to expectance of better prognosis.
