外傷性腎破裂を起こした先天性水腎症の1例

A CASE OF THE TRAUMATIC RUPTURE OF THE CONGENITAL HYDRONEPHROSIS

はじめに

　各種の疾患を有する腎が，正常腎に比較して外傷により損傷を受けやすいことはよく知られている^1）。今回われわれは，軽度外傷により腎破裂を起こした先天性水腎症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of traumatic rupture of a congenital hydronephrotic kidney in a 11 year old boy was reported. The patient visited our clinic complaining gross hematuria which started after contusion of left flank when he fell during skiing and was admitted for renal trauma immediately.

DIP, on the day he was wounded, showed no visualization of left kidney and was considered as sever renal trauma but conservative treatment was done for his good general condition and hematuria became microscopic 3 days later, continuing good general condition it was considered that the renal trauma must have healed.
