過去10年間における尿路結石症の臨床的観察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF UROLITHIASIS IN PAST TEN YEARS

緒言

　わが国の尿路結石症に関する臨床統計的観察は，これまでも種々の面から検討されており，従来本症は南方に多く，北方に行くにしたがつて漸減するといわれていた。しかし，私どもは昭和37年に東北地方の3年半における統計的観察で，発生頻度は他地方に比較して必ずしも低くないことを述べた。最近私どもは前回の報告を含めて10年間における尿路結石入院患者631名について臨床統計的観察を行なう機会があつたのでその成績を報告し，発生頻度をはじめ治療，予後などの問題について検討を加えたいと思う。

Clinical statistical observation was done on 631 cases of urolithiasis who were admitted to the Urolo-gical Department of Tohoku University during the last 10 years. The lowest incidence was 12.0% in 1968 and the highest was 17.0% in 1961 which average was 15.3%. Most of them or 555 cases (83.7 %) were reno-ureteral stone according to the distribution by location. The highest incidence were among the twenties and gradually decreased as the age advances but the incidence of pediatric cases were extre-mely low. Almost no disparity of age was noticed among the cases with vesical stone, as lower urinary tract stone.
