Adrenal restのAdenomaによるPrimary Aldosteronismについて

PRIMARY ALDOSTERONISM DUE TO ADRENAL REST ADENOMA

はじめに

　Primary Aldosteronismは，1955年Conn^1）により高血圧とhypokalemiaを主徴とする疾患としてはじめて発表された。その後本症に対する関心がたかまり，本邦においても既に143例以上が報告されている^2）。しかし，adrenal restのadenomaでPrimary Aldosteronismの症状を呈したという報告は内外文献上見あたらない。

　最近著者らは，高血圧，hypokalemiaを主訴として紹介された，43歳，主婦にPRPを施行し，大きな腫瘍陰影をみ，手術を施行し，adrenal restに発生したadenomaによるPrimary Aldosteronismの1例を経験し，治癒せしめたので報告する。

The case is a 43 year-old house wife, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of high blood pressure, and the diagnosis of primary aldosteronism from adenoma of left adrenal was established by a giant mass at the left adrenal region by PRP studies, high urinary aldosterone content and low screm potassium value, followed by surgery.

The adenoma was originated from adrenal rest by studies of surgical specimen.

The literature on primary aldosteronism due to adrenal rest and ectopic adrenocortical adenoma was reviewed and discussed.
