Parapelvic cystの1例（追加症例）

PARAPELVIC CYST:A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　Parapelvic cystについては，教室の遠藤^1）が本邦8例目としてすでに報告しているが，本疾患の名称がParapelvic cyst, Peripelvic cyst, peripelviclymphatic cyst, Pyelolyphatic cyst, parapyelitic cystなど多岐にわたり，しかも臨床的に無症状のことが多く，他疾患との鑑別の際に本疾患についての概念を知ることが必要になつてくる。その意味でさらに症例追加をした。

Case is a 67 year-old male with the chief complaint of frequent urination, interruption of urinary stream, sense of residual urine, lumbago and past history of contusion of the lumbal region during traffic accident 30 years ago, followed by urinary retention for 10 days. The diagnosis of neurogenic bladder was established after various examination, but I.V.P. showed some findings suggesting a mass, over hen-egg size, at the hilum of kidney, replacing the kidney somewhat laterally.
