獨協医大病院開院後4年間に経験した尿石症患者の臨床的検討

A FOUR YEARS RETROSPECTIVE STUDY OF UROLITHIASIS AT DOKKYO UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

緒言

　尿石症の統計的な検討は，これまで少なからず報告されているが，著者らも獨協医大病院が開院した1974年7月より今日まで4年を経過したのを機会に，栃木県地方における尿石症の現状をみるという目的も兼ね，臨床的な考察を試みた。

A retrospective study was made on the 269 cases of urinary stones experienced in the past 4 years from 16 July, 1974 to 15 July, 1978. 1) The incidence of stone-patients in total out-patients was 8.8%. 2) The ratio of males to females in these stone-patients was about 2.5:1.3) The maximum incidence of stone formation in the upper urinary tract was found in the 30 to 39 years age group, that in the lower urinary tract was between 40 to 79 years and that in the prostate was between 50 to 69 years. 4) 44.5% of the stones were found in the kidney, 48.9% in the ureter, 5.5% in the bladder and ure-thra, and 1.3% in the prostate.
