新たに開発したYPAT−1用膀胱砕石器

A NEW INSTRUMENT OF ELECTROHYDRAULIC LITHOTRIPSY WITH YPAT-1

緒言

　YPAT₋₁（Urat₋₁）による砕石の実験的および臨床的な経験は，すでに発表したところであり^1,2），簡単に短時間に砕石できるなどの多くの利点を有するのを認めたが，砕石後の結石小片の除去には従来と同じく異物鉗子や吸出器をあらためて膀胱内に挿入し，盲目的に長時間をかけて行なわねばならぬ煩しさが残されている^2）。この欠点を除くためにTUR用の外管に挿入できるYPAT₋₁用砕石プローブの器具を考え，TURとともにその外管をそのままで砕石プローブを挿入し，electro-hydraulic lithotripsyさらに異物鉗子を挿入したり，吸出器を接続しての結石破片の抽出吸出が，一連の作業として行なえる方法を工夫した。

A new type of instrument, into which the electric probe of YPAT-1 is inserted, is devised. This instrument, equipped with the endoscopic optics, is possible to be introduced through the resectoscope sheath. After the sheath into the bladder, the examination by cystoscope, the electrohydraulic lithotripsy, the fiine disruption of stone-fragments by grasping forceps and the evacuation of stone-dusts by evacuator, as well as the electroresection of the prostate, are possible to perform successively. By using this apparatus, the cystolithotripsy is done faster and easier.
