盲管に終わる二分尿管の1例

A CASE OF BLIND ENDING BIFID URETER

緒言

　盲管に終わる二分尿管（Bling ending bifid ureter）は泌尿器科的奇形の中で極めて稀な疾患である。最近われわれは，18歳男子において本症を経験したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

A case of left blind ending bifid ureter in a 18 year old boy was reported. His chief compliant was gross hematuria during dull pain at the left lower abdomen and the diagnosis was established by I.V.P Surgical exstirpation was done. The blind ending bifid ureter was bifricated from a normal ureter approximately 2 cm from the bladder and ended in the periosteum of the sacral bone. The removed specimen was approximately 10cm long and the histological findings showed stuctures of normal ureter but no renal tissues were found at the blind end.
