嚢腫状に拡張した異常開口尿管下端の腟外脱出例

A CASE OF EXTRAVAGINAL PROLAPSUS OF ENORMOUSLY DILATED URETERAL END IN ECTOPIC URETER

緒言

　尿管開口異常症例は珍しくないが，われわれは最近異常開口をもつ水尿管の下端が嚢腫状に拡張し，これが腟外に脱出した1例を経験したので，報告する。

Case is a year and one month old female, who visited our clinic and admitted for a cystic tumor of the external genitalia. The mass was reducted by a local physician but was referred to us for its recur-rence. Present status revealed a hen-egg sized, round, red mass with smooth surface, between the labia majora. Cystogram and I.V.P. did not present any worthful information for preoperative diagnosis.
