緒言

　重複癌の報告は近年，増加の傾向を示しているが，なお比較的稀なもののようである。また，重複癌のうちでも，腎腫瘍特に腎盂癌と他臓器癌との重複癌は極めて稀なものとされている。

　最近，われわれは盲腸癌と腎盂癌が重複した1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Case is a 74 years old male, who under went surgery for cancer of the caecum, at the age of 59. Asymptomatic gross hematuria was noticed in April, 1968 and visited our clinic in July of the same year. No visualization of the right kidney was obtained by intravenous pyelogram but drip infusion pyelogram revealed marked dilatation and displacement of lower calyx of right kidney and right nephro-ureterectomy was performed under the diagnosis of carcinoma of right kidney pelvis. The removed specimen showed transitional cell carcinoma with tumor thrombosis of the renal vein.
