緒言

　尿管瘤は先天的に尿管下端部が嚢腫状に拡張して膀胱内に突出したものであり，1834年Lechler^1）が，剖検例で認めて以来，本邦においても1923年尾形^9）の報告を初めとして多数の報告例がみられている。われわれは最近，完全重複腎盂尿管を伴つた2歳男子の1症例を経験したので，これに若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A left ureterocele with complete reduplication of the pelvis and ureter was diagnosed in a 2 years old boy at the Department of Urology, Iwate Medical School. Ureteroheminephrectomy with resection of the ureterocele was performed because urography demonstrated a marked dilatation of the pelvis and ureter. Postoperative severe infection of the remaining pelvis and ureter was unexpectedly encountered and subsequent left nephrectomy was done. Patient has an uneventful convalescence following the second surgery.
