尿道外脱出を来たした巨大尿管瘤の1例

A CASE OF URETEROCELE

緒言

　尿管瘤の本邦における最初の報告は1923年，尾形^1）によつてなされ，その後多数の報告例をみている。しかし，尿道外に脱出を来たした症例は比較的稀である。

　最近，われわれは完全重複腎盂尿管と尿管結石症を合併し，尿道外に脱出を来たした33歳女子の1症例を経験したので，これに1969年11月までの報告例について行なつた統計的観察をあわせて報告する。

Case is a 33 year old female with prolapse of the ureterocele through the urethra complicated with ureteral calculi and complete reduplication of kidney pelvis and ureter of the same side.

Ureterocelectomy and plastic surgery of the ureteral orifice was performed through suprapubic cystostomy.

180 cases of ureterocele, including our case, has been reported in the Japanese literature. The cause, sex and age distribution, the affected side from sexuality, size, complications of anomalies of urinary tract and urolithiasis, initial symptoms, treatment and its prognosis were discussed by reviewing the literature.
