腎盂と肝に発生せる重複癌の1例

A CASE OF DOUBLE PRIMARY TUMOR, RENAL PELVIC-LIVER

緒言

　重複癌は，Billroth （1889）^1）が最初に定義し，記載したが，その後Warren　＆　Gates（1932）^2）により，多少修正され今日に至つており，最近は多くの報告がみられ，まれな疾患ではなくなつている。

　しかし，重複癌のうちでも腎腫瘍，特に腎盂癌と他臓器癌との重複癌はきわめてまれなものであり，本邦では自験例を含めて11例を集計するのみであり，また，肝（ヘパトーマ）との重複癌は本邦では第1例目である。

This is a case of double cancer with transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis and hepatoma in a 73 year old male and also a typical case according to Billroth's definition.

Double cancer with cancer of renal pelvis were seen in 11 cases after reviewing the Japanese litera-ture but it seems that our case with the combination of hepatoma and cancer of renal pevis seems to be the first. This case was reported with some studies by reviewing the literature.
