Behçet症候群に合併した再発性副睾丸炎

RECURRENT EPIDIDYMITIS WITH BEHÇET'S SYNDROME

Ⅰ．緒言

　Behçet症候群は，口腔アフタ性潰瘍，眼症状および陰部潰瘍をTriasとする疾患として知られているが本症における症状の発現は全身性であり，当然尿路性器領域にも本症に随伴した症状発現が考えられる訳である。しかしそれに関する認識が浅く，その報告例は意外と少ないようである。

　我々は最近，Behcet症候群の患者に再発性副睾丸炎を伴つた2例を相ついで経験したので報告し，いささかの考察を加えたいと思う。

Behçet's syndrome is a disease known to have the trias such as, aphthous ulcer of oral cavity, uveitis and genital ulcer but the manifestation of this case was generalized, and therefore the complication withsome symptoms of the urogenital system were suspected. 2 cases of Behcet's syndrome, complicated with reccurrent epididymitis, were reported.

Case 1 was 31 years old and case 2 was 27 years old, both blind with recurrent epididymitis, under-went epididymectomy and their histopathological findings showed nonspecific inflammation.
