後部尿道弁の3例

POSTERIOR URETHRAL VALVES: REPORT OF THREE CASES

Ⅰ．緒言

　先天性後部尿部尿道弁は1919年Young等の臨床報告以来，欧米では多数報告されているが，本邦に於ては1962年高井等の第1例以後，今日までわずか6例の報告をみるにすぎない。

　最近，私達は本症の1例を経験したので，これまでに私達の教室で取り扱つた2症例とともに以下報告する。

Three cases of congenital posterior urethral valve in 7 months, 5 years and 7 years old boys, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of dysuria and urinary tract infection, were reported and the literature was reviewed.

Case 1 is a 5 years old boy who visited our clinic complaining urinary incontinence, dysuria and bed wetting for one year duration. He was poorly developed, undernurished and BUN was 17.5mg/ dl. PSP test at 2 hours was decreased to 12%.IVP showed poor excretion of dye with advanced hydronephrosis and hydroureter, bilaterally.
