小児の膀胱ブドウ状肉腫は極めて稀な疾患とされており，本邦では現在までに20数例報告されているに過ぎないが，私は最近本症の1例を経験したので報告する。
One year and 11 months old boy visited us on August 8, 1966, with dysuria as chief complaint, which started from frequent urination and lost of appetite one and half months previously. Findings on his first visit, the abdomen was distended and cystogram showed racemous filling defect of the blad-der wall. Cystoscopic findings revealed edema, several gray pink colored mass of thumb to pea size with smooth surface from the trigon to right lateral wall and the diagnosis of botryoid sarcoma was made followed with total cystectomy and bilateral ureteral cutaneostomy.
