膀胱憩室肉腫の1例

A CASE OF THE PRIMARY SARCOMA IN BLADDER DIVERTICULUM

Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱憩室に合併せる疾患として感染，結石，前立腺肥大ならびに悪性腫瘍等があげられる。

　膀胱憩室内悪性腫瘍の発生頻度は諸家の報告によると数字の上では低くなつているが，泌尿器科診断法の進歩とともに報告例増加の傾向にある一方，十分に検査検討がなされずに放置されているもの，更に未報告例もかなりあると思われる。

A 59 years old female with primary sarcoma of the bladder diverticulum was reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by cystoscopic examination, preoperatively, from the tumor projecting out from the orifice of diverticulum. Neoplasm complicating bladder diverticulum occurs rather infrequently, especially, sarcoma is a very rare complication. Hematuria is the most frequent symptom and occurrs in 80 to 90 per cent of the cases.
