膀胱後腔肉腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROVESICAL SARCOMA

はじめに

　膀胱後腔に発生する肉腫は稀であり，Young^1）が1926年に特定の臓器に関係なく，膀胱後腔に発生する肉腫をRetrovesical sarcomaと命名している。われわれは最近膀胱後腔に原発した平滑筋肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

The patient was a 53-year-old male, who visited our clinic with the chief complaints of dysuria and constipation.

We suspected retrovesical tumor by urological physical examination. Surgery was performed and were removed the bladder, prostate, seminal vesicles and the rectum. The sigmoid conduit and the artificial anus were constructed. Pathological studies showed leiomyosarcoma.
