原発性尿管癌の3例

THREE CASES OF PRIMARY CARCINOMA OF URETER

Ⅰ．緒言

　1878年，Wiesing＆Blix^1）により原発性尿管腫瘍の悪性症例が報告されて以来，数多の尿管腫瘍が報告されている。私共の教室でも今野等^2）が，すでに2症例を報告している。その後さらに尿管腫瘍が膀胱内へ突出した症例ならびに全尿管に多発した症例を含めて3例を経験したので，ここに3症例の経過を報告し，合わせて多少の文献的考察を試みた。

Within the last 8 years we have experienced 5 cases of primary carcinoma of the ureter, including 2 cases which has been reported previously. The incidence among outpatients was 0.05%, 4 cases were male and one was female and the average age was 59.

The histopathological findings of the 3 cases reported here, were all transitional cell carcinoma and the tumor was located at the middle 1/3 of the ureter in 2 cases but in one case the multiple small tumors were scattered over the entire unilateral ureter and the one projecting into the bladder was discovered by cystoscopy.
