症例は69歳男性。2003年8月，右陰囊内腫瘍の診断にて高位精巣摘除術を施行した。当時の診断は低悪性度の間葉系腫瘍との診断であった。その後，当科にて定期的経過観察中，2009年4月頃よりときおり強い右鼠径部痛を認めた。CTを施行したところ，骨盤内に2cm大の腫瘤を認めた。4か月後CT再検したところ腫瘤の急速な増大を認めたため，開腹腫瘍摘除術を施行。高分化型脂肪肉腫と診断された。6年前の病理組織を再検したところ高分化型脂肪肉腫と訂正され，術後再発と診断した。術後半年を経過した現在，再発・転移を認めていない。精索脂肪肉腫の術後再発は自験例が本邦12例目の報告であった。
The patient is a 69-year-old man,with high orchidectomy performed by right scrotum tumor in August,2003. The diagnosis was a low-grade mesenchymal tumor. He occasionally showed a strong right inguinal region pain since April,2009 and subsequent CT showed a 2 cm mass in the pelvis. Four months later,CT showed the rapid increase of the mass,therefore we performed the tumor extirpation. Which was diagnosed as well differentiated liposarcoma. Further recurrence,a metastasis is not detected at present. This is a twelfth recurrent case after an operation of the spermatic cord liposarcoma reported in our country.
