症例は74歳，男性。右陰囊内の無痛性腫瘤を主訴に当院を受診。触診および超音波検査にて精索腫瘍が疑われたため，高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織検査の結果は精索より発生した脂肪腫であった。精索脂肪腫に関して考察する。
The patient was a 74-year-old man with a chief complaint of painless mass in the right scrotum. Since an elastic soft,non-tender,smoothly surfaced and isoechoic solid mass in the right scrotum was suspected of the spermatic cord tumor,right radical orchiectomy was performed. The histological diagnosis was a lipoma of the spermatic cord. Including the present case,70 cases of intrascrotal lipoma reported in the Japanese literature were reviewed.
