術後放射線療法を行った精索脂肪肉腫

A case of liposarcoma of the spermatic cord treated with postoperative radiation therapy

　症例は70歳，男性。ゆっくりと増大する無痛性の右鼠径部腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診した。腫瘤は弾性硬であり，エコーおよびCTでは内部均一で一部に造影効果を認めた。右精巣高位摘除術を施行したところ，病理診断は精索高分化型脂肪肉腫であった。われわれが調べえた限りでは，自験例は本邦63例目の精索脂肪肉腫であった。

　A patient of liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is reported. A 70-year-old man was referred to our hospital with a right painless inguinal mass progressing in size slowly. An elastic hard mass was palpable in the right inguinal region. Ultrasonography and computed tomography showed a right inguinal homogeneous mass which was slightly enhanced. He underwent the right high inguinal orchiectomy and histopathological examination of the specimen revealed a well-differentiated liposarcoma of the right spermatic cord. To our knowledge,this is the 63rd case of liposarcoma of the spermatic cord reported in Japan.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：445-447,2007）
