急性腹症を呈した若年性精索脂肪肉腫

LIPOSARCOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD IN YOUNG ADULT WITH ACUTE ABDOMEN: A CASE REPORT

　27歳，男性。右鼠径部の有痛性腫脹を主訴に来院。触診で，鼠径部に沿って索状の腫瘤を触れたため，切開摘出したところ精索脂肪肉腫の診断であった。精索脂肪肉腫は，無痛性の緩徐な発育をする例が多く，急性腹症をきたす例は非常に稀である。

A 27-year-old man complaining of sever pain and a mass in the right groin underwent orchiectomy with high ligation as emergency operation. And we found a small soft tumor on the spermatic cord which pressed the surrounding vessels resulting secondary hydrocele. The patological diagnosis of the tumor was a well -defferenciated liposarcoma of the spermatic cord.
